Website visitors. Basic, privacy-respecting analytics (pages viewed, approximate region, device type) and anything you submit through our forms (name, company, work email, phone, message).

Prospects. Business contact details (name, role, company, work email, public professional profile) sourced from public and licensed business databases for the purpose of relevant B2B outreach on behalf of our clients.

Clients. The contact and account information needed to deliver and bill for our services.

3. How we use it

To respond to enquiries and provide our services.

To run relevant, role-appropriate B2B outreach (cold email and LinkedIn) for our clients.

To maintain deliverability, prevent abuse, and improve our service.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated purposes.

4. Legal basis

Legitimate interest for B2B outreach to business contacts, where the message is relevant to the recipient's professional role and a clear opt out is always offered.

Consent for any marketing you opt into directly.

Contract for the data needed to deliver services to clients.

5. Sharing and processors

We use trusted tools to run our service (email sending, enrichment, CRM, analytics). They process data on our instructions under data processing agreements. We do not share your data with anyone else except where required by law.

6. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, then delete or anonymise it. Prospect data that does not engage is removed on a rolling basis.
