From ICP to pipeline: a target list that converts

The fastest way to kill an outbound campaign is a loose list. Send a good message to the wrong people and you get silence, and silence on a cold domain costs you reputation as well as time. The work that pays off happens before the first email goes out.

Start from won deals, not opinions

An ideal customer profile written in a workshop is a hypothesis. The one written from your last twenty closed-won deals is evidence. We look at what they had in common: company size, sector, the trigger that made them buy, the role that signed. That pattern is your real ICP.

Narrow until it hurts, then enrich

A list of five thousand “maybes” performs worse than five hundred “yes, this is exactly them.” Tight targeting lets you write like you know them, because you do. Once the segment is sharp we enrich each record: verified email, LinkedIn, the signal that makes now the right time to reach out.
